Don't let this down time turn you into a rollie pollie. When this is all over we wanna be able to walk out that front door ,not rolled or pushed out. I too fit in this challenge. We often seek and wanna find comfort in food , snacks, drinks ex: soda wine, the list on and on. This will be a good idea to practice meal prepping for you and your and family. Introduce to your family different vegetables , spices and this will be the time also to cut back on some things such as carbs, meat intake , I am not for one a fitness expert , a nutritionist but I have been overweight, I have found comfort in food and drinks out of boredom and I ballooned up to 350 pounds so I speak from experience. Now Hold on I'm not saying don't have that burger or that glass of wine but there are ways to do it. What way is that you might say !!

Are they junk food snacks or some of this or some of that snacks meaning it consists from an apple to cheesecake and doritos
These last few weeks have taken an emotional toll on my belly. I was happy, today, we I could still fit my favorite jeans. I still do my 30 mins of cardio every night, but I have been snacking and drinking waaaay too much!
Lol, that good it all depends what you're eating .. try sorting out your meals for that day and stick to it.. your breakfast, your lunch, your snack, your dinner, that's what I've personally been doing.. so far so good
