Hey Gang , Hope all is well !!!
Thank you to those who have DM'd me to ask about my recent post of meditation. I have included in this post a you tube link to help you get started. (you may have to cut and paste the links).. also there are some other items I've come across for my own usage.
I use the app "CALM" you can download on your phone from your app store . I am team android so it is found in our" play store"
Personal reading of mines, well I listen to them on the app "AUDIBLE"

all you need is 5 to 15 mins a day for you for meditation I personally do twice a day am/pm
