Pain is something no one wants to feel, but yet it seems to get the best of us at at times if not all the time...
I've had my share of pain.. we all have.. ive used that emotional band aid so much that it didn't stick anymore. So how do you get around it. It's simple you don't . You have to face your pain in order to heal.
Healing isn't done overnight this takes time and acceptance of things , people and events that have had to make us feel that pain. We you stop denying yourself that happiness and want
clarity and face the pain , that day will come when you wake up and your ok because the pain went away..
